HR 1207 Federal Reserve Transparency Act
http://www.opencongress.org/bill/111-h1207/show
http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bill.xpd?bill=h111-1207
A letter written to a representative explains in plain language:
Recently, it has come to light that there is little to no accountability to the people on the part of the Federal Reserve. While the citizens of this country are required by law to give an accounting of every penny they come in contact with, the Federal Reserve has never been held to the same standard. During this time of extreme economic crisis, the people deserve an accounting of where our money is going.
Currently there are 55 co-sponsors for this legislation, and it is enjoying bi-partisan support. Your efforts in supporting this important legislation would go a long way in proving to your constituents that you not only hold the Federal Reserve to the same standard as you do your constituents, but it would also show that you believe in transparency. Anything less than support for this resolution suggests that you are in favor of secrecy and a lack of accountability to the people who pay the bills. We pay the tab; we have a right to know where our money is going.
Unlike recent bills that you voted in favor of that had hundreds of pages and just a few hours to read, this bill can be read in under 5 minutes. I encourage you to take the time to read it, and then move to support it.
Thank you in advance for your attention on this important legislation. I have every expectation that you will do right by your constituents and support this measure.
Write your representatives today and get them on board with their support.

It doesn't matter if you're Republican, Democrat, Independent, left, right, liberal, conservative, this is YOUR country and staying informed is going to be the key to not losing your freedom and rights protected under the Constitution of the United States. It is so important to pay attention to going on, take action, voice your opinions, contact the representatives that work for US.
Where every politician stands on every issue, National & State

Read them for yourself and understand what is going on in the government that has taken an oath.
"The Constitution contains an oath of office only for the president. For other officials, including members of Congress, that document specifies only that they "shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation to support this constitution." In 1789, the First Congress reworked this requirement into a simple fourteen-word oath: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support the Constitution of the United States."

Rightwing Extremists, You're on THE LIST
Recently here in Missouri it was discovered that... well for the sake of shortness start here:
http://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2009/03/missouri_police_given_chilling.html
The actual MIAC Report:
http://www.firearmscoalition.org/images/news/miac-militia-2009.pdf
Well, all hell broke loose in Missouri over this leak. The Lt. Governor, Peter Kinder, issued a statement:
http://teamkinder.com/?q=node/213
Action was taken:
Missouri House of Representatives Report:
Intelligence Agency Boss Replaced Amid Controversy
Missouri State Highway Patrol Superintendent Col. James Keathley on April 6 replaced the director of the Missouri Information Analysis Center in the wake of a controversial intelligence report the center issued that said members of ultra right-wing, anti-government militia groups tend to support fringe political parties and candidates. The report has upset some conservatives, including Republican Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder.
Keathley removed Van Godsey, a civilian patrol employee who had run MIAC since Republican former Gov. Matt Blunt created it. The new MIAC director is Lt. David Hall, a 16-year patrol veteran.
When the controversy erupted last month, Kinder called for the suspension of Department of Public Safety Director John Britt, whom Democratic Gov. Jay Nixon appointed shortly after taking office in January -- months after work on the report began. However, Britt, a former U.S. Secret Service agent, neither approved nor reviewed the report, which was signed off on by Godsey. New procedures have since been put in place to require the public safety director and the patrol superintendent to approve MIAC reports before they are released to law enforcement agencies.
Rush Limbaugh even reported about it:
Story #10: Missouri Highway Patrol Rescinds Militia Report
RUSH: Remember we told you not long ago that the state of Missouri had told the highway patrol that if you see a bumper sticker for a third-party political movement it's obviously a militia group and you gotta be worried, like anybody for Ron Paul or anybody for pro-life, or anybody NRA, and it caused an uproar, so "The Missouri Highway Patrol this week retracted a controversial report on militia activity and will change how such reports are reviewed before being distributed to law enforcement agencies. The Highway Patrol also will open an investigation into the origin of the report, which linked conservative groups with domestic terrorism and named former presidential candidates Ron Paul, Bob Barr and Chuck Baldwin," as dangerous reactionaries. "The Highway Patrol’s announcement followed a news conference in which Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder, a Republican, suggested putting the director of public safety on administrative leave and investigating how the report was produced." So the fur flew out there over this, and they've rescinded it.
Okay, it appears that that got resolved and other than incidents of Ron Paul people getting detained at the airport and a couple of bumper sticker situations, it was all going to go away. Yeah, right. I think everyone was still pretty suspicious because Jay Nixon was determined that he wasn't going to let it go ( http://tinyurl.com/ctczbj ) and simply backed down on his public stance.
It's time to Wake Up America!! It just got uglier than we imagined it was. Posted today:

SB 1200 - Here Goes the Ammo
http://ammunitionaccountability.org/Legislation.htm
http://www.senate.mo.gov/08info/BTS_Web/Bill.aspx?SessionType=R&BillID=148094
The bill that is being pushed in 18 states (including Missouri) requires all ammunition to be encoded by the manufacturer from a data base of all ammunition sales. So they will know how much you buy and what calibers. Nobody can sell any ammunition after June 30, 2009 unless the ammunition is coded.
Any privately held uncoded ammunition must be destroyed by July 1, 2011. (Including hand loaded ammo.) They will also charge a .05 cent tax on every round so every box of ammo you buy will go up at least $2.50 or more!
If they can deprive you of ammo they do not need to take your guns. And if they can track who buys ammunition and what kind, they don't necessarily need gun registration.
This legislation is currently pending in 18 states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Washington.

S2433 - GLOBAL POVERTY ACT
http://www.opencongress.org/bill/110-s2433/show
http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bill.xpd?bill=s110-2433
This was a bill introduced by Senator Obama. This would explain his performance in Europe last week. He's got a goal.
The information I found on it:
This bill, sponsored Sen. Barack Obama, with the backing of Joe Biden on the Foreign Relations Committee, and democrats in Congress, is nothing short of a massive giveaway of American wealth around the world, and a betrayal of the public trust, because, if passed, this bill would give over many aspects of our sovereignty to the United Nations.
The noble sounding name of this bill, 'The Global Poverty Act' is actually a Global Tax, payable to the United Nations, that will be required of all American taxpayers. If passed in the Senate, the House has already passed it, this bill would require the U.S. to increase our foreign aid by $65 BILLION per year, or $845 BILLION over the next 13 years! That's on top of the billions of dollars in foreign aid we already pay out!
In addition to the economic burdens this potential law would place on our precarious economy, the bill, if passed in the Senate, would also endanger our constitutionally protected rights and freedoms by obligating us to meet certain United Nations mandates.
-The creation of a U.N. International Criminal Court having the power to try and convict American citizens and soldiers without any protection from the U.S. Constitution.
-A standing United Nations Army forcing U.S. soldiers to serve under U.N. command.
-A Gun Ban on all small arms and light weapons --which would repeal our Second Amendment right to bear arms.
-The ratification of the ' Kyoto ' global warming treaty and numerous other anti-American measures.
Recently, the Senate Subcommittee on Foreign Relations (where Sen. Joe Biden sits) approved this plan by a voice vote without any discussion! Why all the secrecy? If Senators Obama and Biden are so proud of this legislation, then why don't they bring it out into the light of day and let the American people have a look at it instead of hiding it behind closed doors and sneaking it through Congress for late night votes.
It may be only a matter of time before this dangerous legislation reaches a floor vote in the full body of the Senate.
He's well on his way to see his dream come true:
